1. About the service

Wishetta ("the service") is run by its operator ("we"); you can reach us at hello@wishetta.com. The service lets you create wishlists, share them and reserve gifts from them. Use is free. The service itself doesn't sell anything - purchases always happen directly in the online shop under its own terms. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Account

You need an account to create a list; reserving gifts works without one. Give a real email address and keep your password safe - you are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time in settings. The service is intended for people aged 15 and over.

3. Content you add

You are responsible for the content of your lists, notes and comments. Unlawful, offensive or misleading content, spam and links to harmful websites are not allowed. We may hide or remove such content and close the account after repeated violations; we'll tell you why, unless the law prevents us. The content remains yours. You allow us to store it and show it to the people you share it with, only for running the service. Product names, prices and images are loaded from shops' public pages; they may be out of date and are not an offer to sell.

4. Reporting illegal content

If you come across content you believe is illegal, report it to hello@wishetta.com with a link to it and an explanation. We'll look at every report without undue delay and let you know what we decided. The same address is our point of contact for authorities and users under the EU Digital Services Act; you can write to us in any of the languages of this website.

5. Affiliate links

Some links to shops are affiliate links: if you buy through them, the shop may pay us a commission. The price for you is the same, and commissions never influence what you add to your list or the order in which items are shown. Commissions fund the service so it can stay free of ads.

6. Reservations and group gifts

Reserving a gift is non-binding information for other gift-givers. We don't guarantee that anyone actually buys the gift, nor the availability of goods. Payments for gifts don't go through the service.

7. Availability and liability

We provide the service "as is" and do our best to keep it running without interruption, but we can't guarantee it. We may change or end the service; we'll announce its end at least 30 days in advance so you can download your data. We are not responsible for the content and terms of the shops we link to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

8. Changes, disputes and governing law

We may change these terms; we'll announce material changes at least 14 days in advance by email or in the app. If you don't agree with them, you can delete your account. These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic; this doesn't limit the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live. If we can't resolve a complaint together, consumers in the Czech Republic can turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority for out-of-court dispute resolution (adr.coi.cz).
